WYCOMBE WANDERERS EX-PLAYERS ASSOCIATION
One June 16th, Wycombe Wanderers ex-Players Association enjoyed their annual bowls day. Twenty four players participated in yet again another glorious afternoon of competitive bowls and the weather was excellent. As usual, after the bowling, the players enjoyed a cold salad tea with a sweet, followed by cheese and biscuits.
After tea, the raffle was drawn and the presentation to the day’s event.
The winner of the charity spider was Paul McStay and the overall winners of the Barry Simmonds Trophy was Tim Anning and Paul McStay.
John Bignell, Chairman of WWEPA closed the day by thanking Ray Fountain and all our team members that helped during the day. We all look forward to next year’s visit.
